Leadership Santa Barbara County (LSBC) is operated by a working board of volunteers from the public, private and non-profit sectors. LSBC does not have a paid staff and is ran in good faith by our alumni volunteers, who are the very heart of the organization. Please check the current needs list below to see upcoming volunteering opportunities. Any time commitment, small or large, helps to continue providing this program at a low cost to all sectors of Santa Barbara County.

- The Community Service Topic Day in May 2009 was a resounding success. The Isla Vista Youth Project is still accepting volunteers and monetary donations for the ongoing maintenance and future construction of the Outdoor Classroom project. - The Alumni committee is seeking committee members to organize networking events and volunteer events in and around Santa Barbara. Contact Valerie Ellis if you are interested in helping with this fun committee.
