The tuition for Leadership Santa Barbara County is $1,250. Sources such as an employer or sponsoring organization may be utilized. Although responsibility for the tuition will rest with the participant, financial assistance may be available. Financial assistance is not considered in candidate selection and will not be considered after September 1.
Personal Commitment *
Program Criteria -A mandatory orientation session will be held on a Friday evening to kick off the class year with an overnight stay and a mandatory retreat (Performance Edge) will be held the Saturday following orientation. -Eight full-day seminars will be held the one Friday a month from October through May. Eight 2-hour skill-building sessions will be held one Wednesday a month from October through May. You can miss up to 2 TAD days and 2 workshop days in order to graduate with your class. -By applying to Leadership Santa Barbara County you are agreeing to have your photo and/or video taken and those materials may be used for promotion of Leadership Santa Barbara County. -A graduation event will be held in May. -Tuition is due by October 1.
